This is our take on the classic Radler. We start with a soft German base malt, just a touch of noble hops, and add lemon peel in the kettle. The base beer comes off as bready and crackery with a hint of sweet lemon. We then add Grapefruit in the brite tank to add a fresh grapefruit flavor.
